I went to Paspa after I hurt my shoulder, mostly from wear and tear over the years working out and swimming. The staff that I worked with during my sessions was fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had, and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I understood each exercise and how it helped my shoulder to recover. Specifically, I worked with Stephanie, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and I would 100% recommend her and Paspa for anyone who needs physical therapy. Throughout my time there I felt very comfortable to ask questions. I have nothing but great things to say and highly recommend Paspa!

I have had a lot of physical therapy over my adult years, and I have to say that my experience in the past 4 months at PASPA PT has been incredibly good--at the top of the PT game. The staff is very well trained and they are like a well-functioning family. They work hard, they clearly care, and they rehabilitate well. I have made a lot of progress here. Their hours are good, their location is superb for me, and I am thrilled that I found this PT provider. Highly recommend.

My doctor prescribed physical therapy for a twice sprained ankle, and she recommended Paspa for their one-on-one care. This was my first time every going to PT, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have nothing but positive things to say about Paspa. Pam and her team were absolutely fantastic. I felt there was level of professionalism and caring that I doubt I would be able to find anywhere else. I was shown strengthening techniques to help both my ankles; exercises I can do from home as well now that I've been discharged. In the few weeks I was going there I noticed my balance improved greatly and feel great!
It was also very convenient being able to go before work. I would highly recommend Paspa to anyone looking for top notch physical therapy.

PASPA was referred to me by a coworker. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and as gentle as your injuries require. They have shorts you can change into, and the facilities are clean. The physical therapist I work with is Kris, she is great.

...Enter Paspa Physical Therapy. The first impression you get is positive. It's a big, loft-like space that is modern, clean and sunny. The staff is very friendly and helpful. After evaluating my case, Gabe, my main physical therapist, started me on a routine of exercises that started with heat therapy (paraffin wax) and an incredible massage to loosen everything up. The stretching and exercises were hard work, and you have to follow the exercises at home, but I started to see results immediately.

Now, after a couple months, I feel as if my wrist is almost all the way back. I'm grateful for my recovery but sorry to say goodbye to Gabe and the rest of the team at Paspa PT.
