Park Parlor is a hidden gem! I have followed Nicole for over ten years and her salon is an oasis. She gives not only the best haircut in town (and I have major curly hair and have tried all the curly hair salons in town) but also provides wonderful service to each of her lucky clients. They do amazing blow outs as well!

I booked an appointment solely on the other reviews I've seen on this place. They did not disappoint. I needed a color correction and my cut fixed (in other words, I was a mess from the other salon I went to when I was out of town), and Nicole not only responded so quickly, but she managed to squeeze me in when she sensed the desperation in my email! I am starting a new job tomorrow and I did not want to look like a zebra who stuck its paws in the electric socket. Nicole not only did a fabulous job, but I felt SO good after all was said and done. My only complaint: parking's hellish, but other than that - I will definitely be back!

I love this place - it's very clean and quiet, tucked away behind the street-facing businesses on 9th Ave. I've had two cuts by Mena and one by Pasha. Both stylists listened attentively to what I wanted and then did a great job of explaining how they were going to go about the resulting service with regards to my hair type and general aversion to putting any work whatsoever into styling. It's a little pricier than what I'm used to, but the quality is top-notch and I don't mind paying more when I know I'm a) going to get a great cut and b) supporting people who clearly love their work.

Park Parlor is amazing! I had a full balayage done by Nicole and I loved her! She's the owner and one of the friendliest people I've ever met. I'm definitely happy with the results of my hair and do recommend this salon to anyone! I know for a fact I'm coming back.
