Mr. Pressley did an inspection on a home in a historic district I had under contract. He was EXTREMELY thorough in assessing conditions inside and out. He provided explanations on why a given condition should be highlighted; what options were to cure it; and rough estimates of cost. ... in addition to a superb inspection you actually get an education as well!

Paris is an amazing real estate inspector. He is very detail oriented, and couldn't be more knowledgeable about properties. My husband and I were looking to buy an older home, and he was a tremendous help with not only prioritizing, but helping with estimating costs of what needed to be completed.
