I've never felt pressured to spend more money than I need to in there. They helped with my issues and I was on my way. While looking at new bikes they asked about my riding style, where I ride, etc and once again made good recommendations that weren't the most expensive in the store. Also, it was simply enjoyable talking to them about various trails and rides around town.

Probably my new favorite. I've been to several shops in town and it's hard to get the time of day in some of them. These guys really put effort into taking care of me and finding a solution to my bike issue. Parking is a bear! Might be good to just ride here instead ;)

I called pre-purchase and received stellar service over the phone. Stock check. Consult. Helpful advice and even sent me a photo of the bike that fit my needs because the color they had in stock wasnt quite standard. Walked in, didnt announce that i had spoken with anyone prior to my visit, and received the same stellar service! So much help and attention from EVERYONE - including the owner. Made my day!!

So I broke my mountain bike and as it was a late model the needed parts for the repair were no longer available. PATRICK went above and beyond helping with he process of getting my bike replaced with a new one thought the shop. I love my new bike. I have always found this shop helpful and willing to help me out with excellent service. I also had them restore an older bike of mine, they did a very nice job and kept the costs very reasonable. Thanks Outback!!
