One of the most fun and challenging hours I’ve ever spent in a gym! The heart rate monitoring system and post workout stats let you know exactly how hard you’ve worked and what you can do to improve the next time. I love that there’s no guesswork when you’re hitting cardio and resistance training in the same hour. Three workouts a week will whip you into shape fast, and maintaining the highest level of fitness is easy with a different workout every time!

I started two months ago 2 days a week and two months later I'm going every other day! I love all the coaches and they are so positive and motivating (while you are slowly dying! Ha!) I recommend OTFSO to all my friends so they can experience the BEST work out ever with the best coaches! It's exhilarating and I feel amazing after every single time!

I completed my 25th workout today at Orangetheory Stone Ridge. I love the studio, the staff, the coaches and my results. I am stronger, more powerful and have more endurance than when I started on June 30th. If you haven't tried this workout then get your bad self over here now!

It was not easy, I thought I might die at one point lol �.. but I felt so good after. I burned 652 calories in one hour. I don't know that I could ever do that on my own. The people that work there are so nice, encouraging and helpful! I really enjoyed the group setting, it really helped me to keep pushing myself. I had a great time!
