10 stars! Don't go anywhere else - you'll waste your valuable time and money. This is a HANDS ON physical therapy. No riding a bike for sciatica or crawling up a wall with your hands for shoulder therapy. HANDS ON! I've been here three times - once for two fractured elbows, plantar fasciitis and just recently for P/T after my rotator cuff tear surgery. People can't believe how quickly I recovered and with FULL MOTION. The therapists are gifted with healing hands, are very knowledgeable and friendly. Super great atmosphere.

...Finally I've ended up at Optimum and it was the best decision I made. It took some time but here I am pain free. I liked the office, friendly and helpful personnel and family atmosphere. I liked the way Francis approached to my treatment - starting with a comprehensive (for a change) and accurate diagnosis. Each session would end with stretching what, I believe, made whole lot of difference. In other PT offices they never offered stretching. Now I am back to running and playing soccers and the pain is not coming back. As I said - these guys are simply AMAZING!! Definitely recommend to everybody!

Optimum Health PT is a unique and exceptionally high caliber organization. I am a retired RN and have many years of experience, both professionally and personally, with Physical Therapists. Tony and Francis are truly outstanding. The amount of one to one personalized "hands-on" care is phenomenal. The modalities they provide are truly therapeutic and beneficial. The time spent on trigger point massage, manipulation, stretching and other hands on care will not be found elsewhere. Other places spend 3-4 minutes "hands-on" and the rest in self guided exercises, with or without machines. I have never experienced such hands on treatment by two pleasant, knowledgeable and caring professionals. I HIGHLY recommend them.
