We called Frankie to spray for an ant problem in our kitchen. He sprayed inside and outside of our house for ants, spiders, centipede looking bugs and others. We have not seen an ant since. We are also able to sit on the patio without having to deal with all the pesky spider webs that were always on the tables and chairs. Frankie was very informative about the spraying procedure and product used. He was understanding about our concerns of bug spray around our puppy and put our mind at ease.

I had a lot of questions since I have a young child and a pet and he was very patient and thorough and answering all of them and addressing my concerns. The prices are reasonable for the initial visit and very competitive for the maintenance visits. He went out of his way to make sure that all of the areas that I requested be treated were covered.
This is my first experience using a pest control service in San Diego and it was a very professional one. I am happy to request Frankie to anyone that needs help with critters around their home -

Frankie with OnSite Pest Management arrived early for the inspection and was very professional. At the home scheduled for inspection I had tenants that were difficult and uncooperative but Frankie kept his cool and was super patient with the whole process. I'm currently going through an unlawful detainer to evict these tenants and when I informed Frankie he assured me he had dealt with these circumstances before and was prepared to properly handle and navigate the situation. ... He even provided me with a report detailing the whole ordeal which will be helpful for the upcoming eviction court proceeding.
