Group exclusive HIIT is awesome. The instructors keep us moving and it is addictive. The facilities are always spotless especially the locker rooms.

I love this gym. They have everything you could want in a gym: sauna, pool, hot tub, hot yoga, classes galore, stretch equipment/area, tons of machines, basketball gym, childcare, hydro-massage, etc, etc. They open early and close late. The locker room (ladies, at least) is clean and thoughtfully appointed. The employees are friendly and helpful. If I was pressed to come up with a negative, I don't enjoy the Fox news that's on the pool area. (Definitely not in line with the relaxing hot tub!) Overall our family is very happy here- there's something for everyone at a reasonable price.

My family have been members of this gym going on 2 years now and we love it. I used to be a member of the Concourse Athletic Club but when I moved to north Roswell it became impracticable to continue my membership there. This place blows LA Fitness out of the water. It is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and they have all the resources and equipment I need from a gym. The best part is the nursery, where we keep our little ones while we workout. We have found all our babysitters here and they do such a great job.

Awesome Gym!!!! The staff is always friendly and Nick and Corey are always there to greet me with a smile. The club is always clean and the personal trainers are very professional. Thank you for the expansion of the pool and basketball court. It looks great!!! I would recommend this club to anyone.

I love this gym!!!! There are so many awesome classes and the instructors are knowledgeable and amazing!!!!! It is very clean and and the staff is very friendly! I love the hot yoga classes, regular yoga, body pump, Zumba! They offer a nice variety of workout formats!!!
