I had a white dress shirt I needed to dry clean and dropped it off. Shortly received a text message telling me when to pick it up and how much. Sweet business practice btw! ... Discuss this with the folks there and I guess you have to tell them you want it dry cleaned else it will just be laundered. No biggie as they were able to have it the next day. I offered to pay as they did an excellent job but they said no and it was on them. This place rocks and will have my future business and recommendations for sure!

Carlos was absolutely fantastic and the service was fantastic! My clothes were done pretty quickly and they came out great! You can tell they put care in to your clothing. I appreciated that Carlos remembered my name as well when I walked in. I highly recommend!

We absolutley love this dry cleaning service! Our clothes always come back perfect and in a timely manner. We have also gotten alterations done here and they have been spot on. Carlos and his staff are always very welcoming and personable making each visit a joy. All in all, by far the best dry cleaning service in the downtown Houston area!

Great, friendly, caring, detailed, and hugely convenient service. Their pick up service saves time and stress. Dry cleaning is really one less thing you have to take and pick up with this service. If you have a chance to use One Less Thing Dry Cleaning, do so for sure. You will not be sorry!
