A lovely studio and environment in which to work. The owner Gina is not only a very knowledgeable and safe instructor, but she is genuinely kind, inclusive, and works very hard to create space for a sense of community in her studio. I have worked at her studio since summer of 2015. Truely a gift to not only work there, but practice there as wel.

Love the energy of this local gem! The teachers and space are open and welcoming to new students and the community feel makes this the perfect place to dig deep and explore on your mat. Every class and teacher is unique and the studio is such a welcome change from more corporate yoga environments!

They don't come better than Gina. She's the real, authentic, deal. Her beautiful studio is representative of the love she has for yoga and I am honored to be part of the One Key family.

Elizabeth Stevens, you clearly do not practice yoga. It will take time for you to locate a studio you find to be a good fit. But please don't give up. -

I've done yoga at many studios in Chicago. I found One Key Yoga through ClassPass and immediately knew it was in my top three favorite yoga studios. Their 75 minute classes are perfect for getting your weekends going. However, the true winner of One Key is Patrick's Sunday Restorative class. Restorative Yoga is one of my personal favorites because I do high-intensity workouts and sit at a desk for work. I have found it really difficult to find a great restorative instructor unlike Vinyasa, where I have found a handful of great ones. ...

I can't stop telling all my friends about the Play Group yoga for moms and their babes! I was a little nervous about making mom friends(harder than meeting my husband), walking into a class where I wouldn't know anyone, all while being waaaayyyy out of yoga practice. I quickly lost any anxiety as soon as I stepped in. Eileen was quick to greet me, introduce herself and darling son, and welcome us to our mat. The practice was great, and the community even better!
