Working with Nicole has been life changing for my yoga practice! In the past, I've participated in numerous yoga classes at various studios across the country and I can truly say that my strength, flexibility, balance, and "yogi" confidence has grown in ways I could never imagine. Nicole tailors her sequences with great wit and a phenomenal knowledge of the body, working towards the goal you set together for your practice. I'm so glad I made the decision to work with her!
