They have a passion for cycling and for the best interests of cyclists. I bought my bike based on the owners recommendation and he personally took the time to provide a perfect fit and customer education.

They have great mechanics and service with reasonable turn around. Cool clothing and the latest high quality products stock their store. Now they have rentals for road and mountain bikes. They have an awesome location near coffee shops, brew pubs, and bike paths that lead all over and right into the good mountain bike at park and into the Pike National Forest.

Really down to earth bike shop and put on clinics to teach bike maintenance which I haven't seen before. Really personable and punctual when servicing bikes or wheels. Good value on prices and service

My wife, Bets, and I (Chris) have been very pleased with the great folks at Old Town over the past 30 or more years. We bought our first mountain bikes from John when the shop was in Old Colorado City. Yes, that long ago. Bets appreciates the great service fine-tuning her bike (despite not being an "extreme" athlete). And most recently, Ted fixed up my Specialized with new fork seals, a chain, and basic TLC. It rides like butta now. Thanks a bunch for all you do. Cheers; Chris & Bets M.

I recently purchased a new road bike at a large bike shop which has many locations around the country. I put a months worth of riding on the bike and decided to purchase a new rear cassette. I took my bike back to the purchase location and they installed my new cassette and did a "thirty day tune up". The mechanic spun the bike through the gears, and then adjusted the brakes. I told him that the previous mechanic I spoke to said that I would need a longer chain. This mechanic said "you're good". ...

These guys helped us out at the last minute with getting our bikes on the road so we could go for a ride the same day! They also modified a bike we had just gotten for our son so that he can ride. These guys are awesome!!!

Doug was amazing helping me this morning with my daughter's bike! I brought in a cheap bike for new tubes and he not only put them in, he adjusted the seat and handle bars. He also educated me about how to make sure the tire was on correctly after each time I pump it and took off an old bell so my daughter wouldn't get hurt on it if she fell. This is now my "go to" bike shop! Thanks Doug!!
