  Such a life saver! All the outlets in our kitchen had been out for weeks. We'd reset the circuit breakers multiple times with no improvement. Our landlord was MIA, so we called Tom after seeing how highly recommended he was on NextDoor and Yelp. He called back same day, took one look at our circuit breaker, and was able to remedy the problem in less than 5 minutes. He also gave us some helpful information about the kind of electrical panel we had and, since we're renting and unable to replace it ourselves, clued us in to the issues we should expect in the future (Zinsco panels are bad!). He's definitely worth every penny!

  As a member of the board of directors of my townhouse complex, I was horrified to find out on a Friday afternoon that the conduit containing the electrical wiring for our outside lights had been severed when an old walkway was jackhammered out in preparation to pour new concrete. I went to Yelp and saw that O'Conner and Son's Electric was the top-rated electrical company. There is a reason for that . I called and immediately got through to Tom O'Conner and he agreed to come right out. He was on-site within an hour. Amazing! He and one of his sons then took a thorough look at the situation and assured us that they could fix it. The following Monday they came first thing in the morning and repaired everything so our lights were working again. It's not easy to find this kind of great customer service along with stellar work. O'Conner and Son's will be called for all of electrical work going forward. Highly, highly recommended!

  Tom was a life saver! I woke up this morning, and my hot water heater was not working, nor my garage door. I tried trouble shooting it myself, called my son who is a contractor, but lives in SoCal, called another friend, to no avail. My granddaughter, who is two is coming to visit for a week. I had to have hot water! I called Tom at 10:30 on
  Saturday morning, and he was here in about 30 minutes. It took him about 15 minutes to find and fix the problem. He is great. I have had him do much more complicated jobs at other homes, and have always been happy with his service. Thanks again, Tom!
  
  I had another circuit breaker flip and could not open the panel. Tom tried to talk me through it late on a Saturday night. We did FaceTime but I could not do it. He came first thing Sunday morning, and had my hot water heater back on!

  My experience was fantastic; Tom was responsive and is clearly the best in the business. He quickly assessed the issue, fixed the problem, and is unbelievably professional. He was communicative and arrived exactly on time.
  
  For those reviews complaining about the service charge: it's important to understand that electrical issues can be complex. I wouldn't trust someone who quoted a price without really understanding the issue and seeing it in person.
  
  It's important to hire an electrician who really understands issues at their root cause and Tom had extensive experience. He is worth every dollar spent and we will definitely hire him for all of our electrical needs in the future. Thank you so much Tom!
