I went in today to pick up my cleaning from their clean and prompt shop. They informed me that a pair of pants fell off the hanger and were damaged by the conveyer machine. They offered me a discount on the whole order which was very generous of them. I know things happen that can not be controlled. I was happy that they didn't try to say it was brought in like that, or not even make me aware of the damage. Their honesty has totally earned my respect and continuing business.

I always come here for my alterations or repair. I spilled a myriad of cocktails all over my white pants for my birthday in addition to dirt/mud on the hem from the ground (remnants of a fun night apparently)... AND they were able to remove ALL of the aforementioned. Great prices and friendly staff!!

Desperate to find someone that can remove all the liquid memories from my dress, I went on yelp and found Occidental Cleaners. I was really satisfied with their work and will definitely be back. This family is very friendly and operates their business really well. I just wish parking were easier in this little plaza. -
