Dr Ahmed deserves all the glowing reviews on Yelp. No kidding...

I went in yesterday for a check up. Two dentists had suggested I needed a deep cleaning. That surprised me because I had never had such issues in the past. I came to Dr Ahmed and he said that even though he understood why they might suggest that, he didn't think I needed one, and he proceeded to offer a treatment that was not as invasive.
My husband needs an implant and even though Oaktown Dental does not work with our insurance, it is still cheaper than our previous dentist.
Dr Ahmed is trustworthy, explains everything in detail, and his price is very reasonable.

Great service, very professional. Dr. Ahmed was great to work with, put me at ease and even worked with me to thoroughly discuss my treatment plan. He only does what is actually necessary and is very ethical (hard to find nowadays!) in his recommendations for treatment. I really enjoyed my experience and definitely am going back for all of my dental needs!

Dr. Ahmed is experienced, kind, affable, professional, and definitely puts the patient first. I don't have dental insurance and cost was a major concern. Here I received great care for a great price. Dr. Ahmed was honest about what I needed and what would be extra and potentially unnecessary. I thought I had a few cavities but they turned out to just be stains. Dr. Ahmed found only a very small cavity which he offered to fill for a reduced price. It was shallow and with his steady hands I didn't even need anesthetic! I will definitely return as long as I am in the area!

I went or Oaktown dental looking for a new dentist and I found the one! After my first appointment with Dr. Ahmed, I left feeling confident and excited about my dental health. The office is bright, clean and intimate. And Dr. Ahmed is attentive, a good listener, and extremely patient as he walks you through the procedures. It definitely eased the anxiety I've held about dentists for most of my adult life.

Dr. Zahid at Oaktown Dental is not only a highly trained and skilled dentist and surgeon (Stanford/UCSF), he is also kind, caring and compassionate. He is passionate about his work and it shows! I could not be more pleased with my Oaktown Dental experience.
