Scott has been truly AMAZING with my entire trademark submission process! He understood that this would be the first trademark that I've ever submitted and walked me through each step, from A-Z, that needed to be done for us to successfully earn a registered trademark. He simplified the entire process, so I simply had to explain everything in our consultation and he took the wheel from there and took care of EVERYTHING else!

Scott Nyman is a very knowledgeable intellectual property attorney and he understands technical details involving complex matters. I have worked with Scott for some high tech projects and I plan on working with him in the future for high tech and lower tech projects. He is analytical and thorough and works well under pressure to meet deadlines. I would recommend him to others that are seeking a thorough and knowledgeable attorney. Though I would like to see better rates from most if not all attorneys, his law firm also does work at reasonable rates compared to some other attorneys in the field.
