Absolutely stellar service! The vehicle was immaculate. The driver was on time, courteous, and helpful. I left my phone in the limo when we got to the airport. By the time I realized that, and notified the company, the driver had already found my phone and they shipped it home for me. What more could I ask? Thank you for an exceptional experience.

I give this limo service five star! From now on every time i will be visiting NY i will only trust and depend on NYC Rich Limo. Their service is fantastic. The lady i spoke to who helped me out with my reservation was very sweet and helpful. The driver that was sent to pick us up was an incredible man. The car was very clean too! If you want to be treated with high quality and like royalty, this limo service is the one for you! Thank you guys for such unforgettable memory!

NYC Rich Limo was great...our driver was on time and was courteous. My daughters enjoyed arriving at airport with their name on sign. Also, I asked for an SUV at pickup to airport and we had a limo again. I will definitely use NYC limo again for transportation.
