    I have heard Gena give some incredible and easy to follow tips on health. I utterly enjoyed her class on chocolate.. so few ingredients yet so delicious!! When it comes to figuring out how to feed your family the right way, Nutrition Basics is definitly the way to go!! I highly recommend Gena for one on one coaching and especially for her fun cooking classes.

    Receiving nutrition counseling and learning how to create nutrient dense and tasty meals from Gena has been one of the best things I have done for my family. Changing one’s diet is very challenging. That is why a coach is so helpful. Gena is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her nutrition research. She taught me practices that have improved the overall health and well being of my family. The recipes she adjusted for my dietary preferences (I am a vegetarian) were not only nutritious but were delicious! And they were not time consuming or complicated to make! My husband, who is very particular about his food, enjoyed all of the meals I prepared. It is so reassuring to see my children and husband eat REAL food everyday. Thank you Gena!

    I attended a class on how to make chocolate with Gena. There were over 25 people there and Gena did an amazing job teaching. She was warm, charismatic, to the point, and able to entertain and keep the focus of the group. Given that chocolate is something people tend to try to make into their enemy, I was also surprised at the immense wealth of nutritional information Gena was able to weave in.

    If you're looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends that is also an investment in your health, consider bringing Gena in for a class.
