Novel Service Group has been an essential part of our office cleaning and maintenance operations. The cleaning staff is reliable and we have the same cleaner clean our office. They are always available within short notice to send additional cleaners to help when we have office parties. So far so good!!

I am employed as an office manager for a hedge fund and we have had some horrific experiences with cleaning companies until we stumbled upon Novel Service Group. The CEO of my company is very anal about the way things should be done and NSG just gets it right every time. I don't have to micro manage the cleaners and I haven't had a complaint since I've made the switch to their services. My office is completely spotless and you could eat your dinner off the floors. There is a lot of competition in NYC, but NSG sets the bar for janitorial services.
