I'm a new client of Northwood. I wanted a vet who was attentive to both ends of the leash and found Dr. Chase to be so. My elderly dog was ill and Dr. Chase was easily willing to refer him to a specialist, which was needed. He also provided another needed referral when it was determined that my dog is terminally ill. I find Dr. Chase very responsive to his patients. He listens and does not have "one foot out the door" when I ask questions.

We have used Northwood for several years with a total of 5 pets. Very professional and giving explanations. Will continue to use them. Only reason to stop if move too far away. One of the most compassionate times were when 3 of our pets and 1 of our son's had to be euthanized. They were very supportive and took care of everything. Great service.

We have three dogs and recently switched to Northwood after one year somewhere else. It is always hard to switch but so glad we did! The office staff are super sweet and the vet as well! The vet not push us to do anything specific just kindly explained all options! Highly recommended!

Northwood Animal Clinic is on the southwest corner Coit & Spring Valley on the North Dallas/ Richardson line . I can easily get there using public transportation. This is a hospital that works very hard to serve your pets and needs without being pushy, keeping the goal to be the health of your loved ones without investing from your savings. The staff is kind and the doctors are exemplary. It would definitely be worth your while to utilize this opportunity. The hospital is immaculately clean and they offer boarding to both cats and dogs... I'm not sure about anybody else!

We've been bringing our pets to Northwood Veterinary Clinic since 1992... They are the best! The Docs are terrific... We've mainly seen Dr. Chase over the years and we trust him completely when it comes to our dog's health. Also the staff is very friendly and effective... Highest recommendation!
