  North Tollway Pet Hospital is hands down the best most caring vet office I have ever taken my dogs to for treatment. I moved out of the area and tried another and was very disappointed as the receptionist asked me my name 3 times before I was helped. I have used North Tollway Pet Hospital for almost 6 years and plan to keep going back regardless of how far away I move. Dr. Maxwell has a heart of gold and the staff are also caring and compassionate.

  The skilled and expert care of Dr. Duane Maxwell has saved the lives of both of our dogs just this week, one from a freak accident, the other from ingesting a significant amount of pain medication. There is no greater group of people anywhere than the kind, compassionate, knowledgeable folks at North Tollway Pet Hospital. Over the last 20+ years, all of our dogs have been in their care. Not only is Dr. Maxwell amazing, he is surrounded by fabulous folks like Marlene, Esmeralda, Kim, Rob, Phyllis, and everyone who works in this great place. THANK YOU, NTPH!

  Looking around for someone to trim my cats claws and came across them. They were super nice on the phone, got me right in and trimmed my cats claws. The lady was amazing, like she knew what she was doing, my cat didn't even fight. They were so nice and fairly priced I will definitely be coming back for any veterinary services.

  I am so impressed with this place. Everyone who works here is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Maxwell is so good with my cat! She's a really difficult cat, too. I've been to a lot of animal clinics at this point (my cat's pretty dang old) and this is by far the best one.

  I have never been so pleased to have a vet like Dr. Maxwell take care of my dog, Alley. Today I had to have her put down and even though Dr. Maxwell has only been Alley's vet for almost 3 years, I have never had such a humble vet as he portrayed today. He explained each procedure and how Alley would react and when she was gone, he didn't rush me and my twin, let us have as much time with my Alley and even stayed with us until she was gone and then gave us more time after she was gone. I want to personally thank Dr. Maxwell and his staff for everything they have done for me and Alley. There should be more vets like Dr. Maxwell.
