I have been taking generations of dogs to this animal hospital for all sorts of different reasons ranging from simple vaccines to dental work to eye surgery. I cant imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. Dr. Vasquez Jr. is very knowledgeable just as his late father was. The doctor is straight forward and will let you know what needs to be done. Some vet assistants and the front desk can come off as cold and grating, but they are all hard at work and constantly busy. ... Do check their website first or call for hours and they are usually closed on national holidays ( I have never had a problem getting someone to pick up here.) This vet truly does care for each of his furry patients, which is why so many people come here for veterinary care.

Reasonable prices, staff is amazing and the Veterinarian cares about the animals and the people. I don't mind waiting, knowing that my animals are well taken care by the greatest Veterinarian and the only one I can trust.

I bring my two dogs here, and they seem to be busy every time I come. But I see every one on duty, from the front desk to the exam rooms, moving as fast as possible while still being polite and gentle with the animals. Once we get into the exam room, the vet and techs move like clockwork. ... Dr. Joey comes in with a smile, does his thing quickly and thoroughly, patiently answers any questions I have, and my dogs are always calm around him and his team. Then, I'm back to the front desk to pay my bill, which has always been reasonable for standard check-ups, and I'm out. I can't imagine how stressful being a vet is, especially a very busy one, but they definitely know what they're doing.

I would give them a 4.5 (rounded-up). This is a really straightforward veterinary clinic which I take my dog to semi-regularly, whenever she is sick. It is usually quite busy and there can be a bit of a wait, but I trust the veterinarian there and I am happy with the price and the quality of care. I can't vouch for anyone who has a pet with major medical complications or chronic illnesses, but if I needed to I would take my dog in to see how everything works out.

Take your pet here for high quality care!! My dog fractured his tooth and rather than extract it, the vet was able to save it by treating the infection. I notice they always operate with integrity and do what's best for your pet, even if it means they make less money. Bottom line: terrific vets, quick service, friendly staff and great prices. Only $225 for treating my dog's tooth (incl. anesthesia, exam, teeth cleaning and 3 medications). Only $50 for annual shots + rabies shot.
