  Recently I turned my computer on to find the ominous "blue screen of death" pop up. I was very worried because I am a graduate school student and had not been too diligent about backing up my very important files. I called North End Nerds and was immediately calmed by their cool, confident demeanor. The person I spoke to was able to speak computers in my language. I dropped off my computer and much to my delighted surprise I got it back two days later, working good as new, with all my files restored. Thank you North End Nerds! I will be telling all my friends about your excellent service!

  Recently my computer screen died. When I charged the computer it seemed like it was working but the computer screen itself was blacked out and showing nothing. I called North End Nerds, they picked up my computer, and I had it back and working like new in only 2 days. The computer tech said he was able to fix my screen wiring because the connection had gotten loose. I am so please with this service. It was quick and fast and I had called Best Buy first but the price was way too high. I am telling all my friends about this great local business!

  Ryan is great! I own a salon in Boston and was looking for a local computer tech and stumbled upon North End Nerds, and I'm glad I did. I have had a few small computer issues and each time Ryan came out to my location and solved the issue on the same day. I've also had him come out to just do sort of a "check-up" on the computer to make sure all was running well. His pricing is very reasonable and I'm happy knowing that I have an actual person to call if I need help, and not some big company.
