  We were nervous when we found out our daughter might have lice. This clinics offers fast and effective treatments to get rid of this annoying little bugs. Nothing is better than a peace of mind to know that they were all been gotten rid of in such a efficient way. They got rid of the bugs much faster than conventional home remedies.

  Florentina was wonderful, calm and helpful. I highly recommend her and Nitzy Lice Removal. I was nervous when we realized my son had lice and it was nice to have someone who was so easy to work with! The facility is very clean and they have iPads for the kids to play with during the treatment.

  Seriously.. lice is a mom's worst nightmare with 2 girls... as soon as I found out that both my girls had lice, I called in and Thien was able to squeeze them in the same day. She was super patient and detailed, even gave me a discount and checked my hair too. She explained the procedure and gave me tips to prevent my girls in the future. I'm a busy single mom and work full time, definitely would prefer not to be at home washing my girls hairs with rid and picking lice out of their hairs and being paranoid for the next few days/weeks. I highly recommend her to get rid of lice once and for all!!! It was so worth it!! Thank you!!!

  Can say enough about Nitzy salon, but here it goes! Today we found lice at the Wilson house. Called Nitzy and they took us at 10a. After inspection all three Wilson ladies had it. The specialized heating treatment was amazing. More importantly they had a welcoming environment and amazing staff (Belinda, Tien, and another woman I didn't get her name). We also met a family in the same boat as us. We quickly started chatting and normalizing this experience for all of us. By the end of our time together we exchanged numbers and took photos, memorializing both families 1st lice experience. We even have a play date in the works. Our time in Nitzy was positive and jovial. The team took great care in treating and educating us. Highly recommend Nitzy!!!!! Beauty and kindness is found in every experience if you remain open and kind.

  I contacted Tien after utilizing a 6 hour mobile comb out service the night before. I was left with a sticker shock of $1100 with an array of products and instructions for combing the next 2-4 weeks, as well as the recommendation to schedule a follow up service to ensure removal of all lice and nits. Tien helped answer my questions and support me in advocating for money back if possible, with no pressure to book an appointment. After deciding the AirAlle treatment would be the same or less expensive than the follow up with the other service and produce peace of mind, I booked an appointment that day. Tien accommodated my schedule and stayed later to check and treat my roommates. She also provided a follow-up check to assure I was lice free within 2-3 weeks. Though I didn't believe the effectiveness of the device, Tien's confidence and support was assuring and helped reduce the stress of the situation. It is evident that she cares about education, quality service, and helping people. Thank you, Tien! I hope I never have to go back but know who I'll see if I have to.
