Nitro K-9 saved our relationship with our 3 year old German Shepard Lance. After spending thousands of dollars working with other dog trainers Lance was still "aggressive" and completely out of control. My wife found Steve and his team and decided we would give Lance one more try. Literally after the first phone conversation with Steve (hadn't paid the man a dime at this point) we had solutions to the constant barking at the door whenever anyone walked by. That was a big deal as our neighbors have called animal control twice out of fear of Lance. We are half way through our sessions at this point and are in love with Lance. He is doing so well and is happy and confident, he listens and surprisingly loves to do the work.

I worked with Steve and Ajase and I was blown away by their dedication. My dog has done a 180. At first I wasn't sure if I could keep him because of constant barking and other behavioral issues. He is a completely new dog now and people always comment on how well behaved he is. I love that I can unleash him and take him with me anywhere. Steve and Ajase also go above and beyond in their support for you!

Steve and his team have truly been a blessing for my Doberman. I have an 8 month dobie who we are training for service. We started with Steve when our pup was about 4.5 months old and couldn't ask for a better trainer. People stop me all the time and ask me how I have such a well behaved 8 month Doberman. I owe that to Nitro. ...

I loved my experience with Steve/Ajase at Nitro K9. When I came to Nitro I had a 7 month old puppy and I was incredibly overwhelmed and at a loss on what to do. Atlas (now a 95+ pound 2 year old long coat GSD) and I had completed 2 training courses previously, 1 for puppy socialization and 1 for basic skills. The positive reinforcement/treat based basic skills training didn't help Atlas at all, and the suggestions seems to increase his bad behaviors. On top of his bad behavior (pulling on the leash, very limited recall, leash reactivity, lunging) Atlas was very very sick and well underweight for his age/size. We had been basically living at the vet while battling an undiagnosed intestinal disease and it was draining both financially and emotionally. ...

I found Nitro k9 by googling "leash aggression dog trainer". Rocket our Austrlian cattle dog lunged, barked, charged at dogs while on leash. I was desperate enough to make the drive from Federal Way to Shoreline for classes. And guess what? Steve got Rocket in a perfect heel in 5 minutes. ...
