NextStep helped us create a marketing strategy and plan. I appreciated their attention to detail and consistency - Molly laid out a timeline for deliverables and the team achieved it. It's still a little early to know the impact of the behavioral science techniques they've implemented but the early indications are that our white paper downloads and contact us submissions are significantly improved. Everyone I've worked with over there has been a joy to work with as well. Highly recommended if you are looking for a marketing partner.

I've been working with the NextStep team for a few years now. They have a service we really like which, for a flat monthly fee, gets us access to their entire team, from strategy through design, development, copywriting, etc. It's been great for us to have this expertise on call because, as we've evolved through a variety of marketing approaches, we were struggling with multiple vendors. Most would try to sell us on their specific approach vs Shirin and her team, who work with us to identify and execute on the highest priority channels / projects.

I've known Shirin and the Next Step team for a year as of this writing. What I think sets them apart from their competitors is how they use the science of behavioral economics to optimize the design of their clients' websites. This makes visitors more likely to engage in the site and take the actions that the site owner is seeking. Plus, Shirin's business ethics and acumen are outstanding!
