Just finished Next Level's Little Black Dress project and have been thrilled with both the process and results. They crafted a very effective program and made sure that each member got personalized attention and follow up. Loved their approach to the nutrition and workouts and AJ and Josh were great at challenging me while helping me make a few modifications for past injuries. I'd highly recommend them for the LBD program or general training and coaching.

Next level fitness lives up to its name. It's a customized experience that caters to what YOU need. AJ and Mel are high touch, involved coaches that work with you through the exercise, nutrition and motivational aspects of your fitness journey. For me, it wasn't just the pounds or the physical transformation, but my attitude to exercise as an instrument to a better way of living . ....
Now I schedule workouts early and often and last week he said "u know you are a changed person right? And that was all you"

I nodded (it's all I could do I was drained from the workout :)
