Our mantra since opening our doors has always been to treat every customer like we would with our own mother. As such, we have had the privilege and pleasure of serving and forging many long-term relationships in NYC. As word of mouth and demand grew, the company has now grown to a passionate IT staff of 25 technicians.
As pioneers in the computer repair NYC industry, we started the first "free diagnostic" walk-in computer repair service in 2003 at our 53 East 34th Street location. It really doesn't get any better than this. Leaving my computer anywhere fills me with anxiety but from the initial phone call to dropping it off and the final pick up, I knew I was in capable hands. They quickly diagnosed my issue and within 24 hours repaired the operating system, replaced the hard drive and saved all of my files for both users. Their expertise was only matched by their kindness which made it a pleasure to deal with them. If I could give them more than 5 stars... I would. To anyone who's reading this... run... don't walk for all your computer repairs!

Had very good experience at New York Computer Help. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked to replace broken screen on my laptop. Less than an hour later they called me that the laptop was ready for pick up. Price was reasonable too.

It is old, heavy, runs slow, has a cracked screen and freezes at the most inconvenient times, but I love my MacPro, I brought it in to these guys on Saturday noon, an hour later they called me with the diagnosis and price ( which I though was very reasonable ) Sunday noon called me to say it was ready. Now I got my Mac back and its better than new, I could not be more pleased. I came here after reading the four star reviews, well believe me they are well deserved, courteous, patient, professional and reasonable, Thank you , thank you, thank you.

Over $90 for re-wiring is a bit much but my computer is working just fine. If you bring your computer in early depending on the issue, the team here will be able to fix it same day, i got an update call same day for my issue. Great staff overall, very friendly.
