  My heat broke on a freezing February Sunday. I called 2 companies and was told no one could get there until Monday. I then found New York City Air and they were at my home within 45 mins. My heat was fixed quickly and efficiently. Sam and Mike were so accommodating and professional. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

  BEST AC Service In NYC!
  We researched several vendors for this move, since we have run into several AC issues in the past, and for the first time we were being proactive and taking our time to choose a vendor instead of settling during an emergency situation. We couldn't have made a better choice! Sam came onsite, assessed our needs, didn’t try to oversell me products, he even took the time to educate me on the process and what our needs would be for our other units. He sold me with the company’s response time, has assigned a dedicated technician, and on top of everything the work was affordable. All the way through the process, Sam checked in to see how things were going, even after the work was complete to be sure we were happy. I have had countless negative experiences, and it feels like such a relief to have found the right company, especially entering the summer months! BIG SHOUT out to Mike (my dedicated tech) for working super hard to get us setup quickly, and best of all having a full understanding of our server rooms and temperature needs. Thanks again, Sam, Mike and Orlando! It was a real pleasure working with you!

  Great In A Pinch!!!
  MY air condioner blew on a Sunday. New York City Air was there in no time to fix the problem. Thank you NYC Air - all the other companies told me 24 hrs until they could get there.. Great Service!!!
