I love my dogs but....terrible pee spots in the bedroom. And the hallway! Gross! I wasn't at all sure that they would come out. But Charles went to work, pre-treated the stains, and it's like magic - they're gone and the smell is gone, too! It smells clean. They were in and out in about 45 minutes and my carpet looks better than it has in years.
I'm setting up another appointment to have a chair cleaned, and I highly recommend this team. -

I am a Realtor and needed a quality company who could respond quickly to clean the carpets at one of my listings. I called New Era on Monday morning and Charles answered, gave me a quote, and scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday he called me when they were on the way (and on time). They did their work efficiently and were very friendly. Charles knows what he is doing and he has built a very reputable company. I'll be using New Era again.
