  Nerds Support has a very knowledgeable team that makes business owners feel secure and safe. Apart from being an award-winning IT Consulting Firm, Nerds Support is at the forefront of Cloud Solutions in Miami. They have been using Cloud Services since 2004, making themselves one of the first South Florida businesses to use Cloud Technologies to benefit businesses. Their security and businesses recovery plans are also some of the best in the region. During Hurricane Irma, none of their clients lost any company information and they were able to go back to their businesses immediately. I would recommend Nerds Support to all business owners across South Florida.

  We have used Nerds Support twice at our business to assist with networking our computers. They did a great job both times. They provided an accurate estimate before coming out, and did the work cleanly, efficiently and effectively. We will be using them again and highly recommend their services.

  It was late Friday afternoon and I had a new hire beginning on Monday. I had what I thought was a simple issue with my company server not allowing read and write permissions to a new work station. I called several I.T. companies for quotes as my current I.T. guy flaked out and was M.I.A. When I called Nerds Support for a quote the service manager tried to help me for free without knowing me or my company. They are the only company who tried to help me for free by remote accessing my computers via team-viewer. When we realized that the problem was a bit more complicated than originally expected they charged my credit card a reasonable flat rate and put me in touch with Jay, a computer support specialist in their company who helped resolve this problem late on a Friday afternoon. Jay was very pleasant and he worked seamlessly with my case management software support specialist. I am very pleased with their service and I would use them again.
