They know their regular customers by name. All tuning is free for bikes purchased there. They are friendly and personable and don’t make you feel dumb when you ask them questions.

EXPECT NOTHING MORE THAN AMAZING SERVICE. Seriously, come from far away places to the service of this establishment. They were so nice and kind.

I was missing the padding from my bike helmet. After 10 years it turned to dust. So I go into Natomas Bike Shop, right on the corner of Truxel and San Juan and ask for the padding. I am handed a box full of all types of padding and told I can have whatever I need, free of charge. ... -

I love this bike shop. Bought my bike from them. Love it. Had a problem with a wheel they fixed it up right quick and refused to charge me for it. I've been back since then and their prices have been totally reasonable and they feel like just a good group of people to go to. They are not high pressure or sleazy. Not unreasonable or pushy in any way. I would send my mom here or my wife and not be worried they would get the run around.
