  My family was driving from Stockton to Eugene, Oregon when we suddenly heard disturbing sounds under the hood. We googled the nearest mechanic to us and feel EXTREMELY grateful to have found this business! Apparently our serpentine belt was shredding apart and we needed replacement ASAP. While waiting for the part to arrive, we also asked for an oil change since we had intended to do that prior to this road trip. All in all, it cost only $101 for everyrhing and we were back on the road within 1.5 hours! The staff was courteous and hustled to get us safely back on the road. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mechanic with integrity!

  I live a little far away but always take my car here for service just knowing how honest and upfront these guys are. It's hard to find a shop you know that gets the job done right. I highly recommend Natomas Auto Care.

  Excellent service. Very reasonable prices and overall customer relations is excellent which is very important to me. No frills or bells and whistles, but genuinely helpful and knowledgeable people. And no matter how busy they are on a Saturday, they find a way to help you. Extremely trustworthy. Just a great place to get help with your car. I highly recommend them!

  This auto care shop has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They work with you every step of the way and actually care. My truck couldn't be fixed at this location, because of the severity of it's mechanical issues, but the guys still took care of me and my vehicle. Great service!!!! I wish I lived closer so I could make this my autoshop every time.

  Came here for the first time and was treated with great customer service and their work was done quickly! Came in to get my oil changed and my headlight fixed and I am definitely coming back. I have been to other car garages in Natomas before for simple tire changes and they have lied and overcharged so being treated with honesty from car mechanics was a breath of fresh air.
