  I was impressed with all the positive reviews and so I reached out via a phone call and an email. I am changing my earlier review as Robert has since called me informing me that they had responded with a message. I was unaware that I had to pay attention to messages on yelp. I thought it would come to my email. Since I need the job done soon, I will not be using them as they are busy for a few weeks but will plan to use them in the future. Thank you Robert for reaching out and correcting the misunderstanding.

  Robert has been incredibly impressive in both his work and interpersonal dealings. After leaving an initial email and voicemail message over the weekend about a roofline leak leading to bedroom ceiling water damage, he called us back within 15 minutes on a Saturday to talk through needs and upcoming availability (despite the office being closed). Then, he was very communicative and flexible about his availability and was able to head our way earlier than expected during the week.

  I used National Roofing for my home and for my daughter and son in law's house. The company is first rate. The owner, Robert, was personable, professional and a straight shooter. He showed when he said he would, accomplished the projects timely and his crew did a fantastic job. They were also very considerate of the properties and careful to leave the areas very clean upon finishing. I would not hesitate to use this company again, should the need arise, or to highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roofer.
