  I've used My Plumber on two occasions now, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Bernie not only thoroughly explained my issues, but also explained how my century-old home's plumbing is set up, and where potential weak points are. Unlike some professionals I've dealt with over the years, it was very much a "service" rather than a "sales" call, as I'm sure there were things they could have tried to charge me for, but didn't. This is only the third review I've ever written on Yelp, but it's for good reason -- My Plumber is the easiest of recommendations.

  There is no one like these guys! I have searched for them high and low when I used them before and when I finally re-found them and used them again, I was just as happy! Michael and Bernie were prompt, helpful, communicative and neat! They fixed my problem fast and and gave me incredibly advice! Beware of the other guys that have taken their name. My Plumber (Federal Street) is the only Plumber, heating, air conditioning company I would ever, ever use!

  Bernie called back the same day. I told him I was at the pediatrician and he told me to text him when I got home. They came that evening. Mike came to the door and I showed him the PVC pipes and garbage disposal I'd recently installed. He was super friendly and quickly resolved the leaking. Of course I'm going to call them again.

  Bernie has been our go-to plumber since we moved to PHL. He does great work and is prompt and responsible. Better yet: when there is an emergency, he is always there. Sometimes all that he wants is a hand-shake for payment..Cannot recommend him more!!!

  Called Bernie for a plumbing/sewage situation that had been brewing for some time in our house. He was incredibly responsive, returning my call within the hour. We set up a time that worked with my busy schedule, within a day, for him to come over to assess the situation. He was prompt, courteous, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. We will be using My Plumber for all future plumbing needs!
