This was my first time using a LOCKSMITH. I needed a new ignition key made. I was unexpectedly very satisfied with the overall service. Wali was my tech's name. He was very, very professional. He didn't seem shady, he answered all of my questions honestly. I felt really comfortable from the initial phone call. He came to my house in less than 20 minutes. I was charged the exact same price he quoted me over the phone. I'll use him again to make ignition key duplicates for my other cars. I don't expect to lose my keys again but if I do I will definitely call Wali.

If you are in need of a locksmith - use these guys! Wali left a soccer game early to help me get back into my apartment. He arrived with 20-25 minutes of my initial call - that I placed at 8pm. He was quick and professional. He was extremely understanding and even made sure I was the resident - I appreciate his thoroughness and accuracy. He did not damage my door and was able to unlock it in quickly! I will definitely be keeping Wali's card.
