Midway through the escrow process purchasing a condo in Puerto Vallarta, my partner and I were told we would need a Mexican power of attorney and an "apostille" from the California secretary of state. We found Jan through her website. We called her on a Friday, she made the time to come by the next day, Saturday, and arrived precisely on time. The following Monday, she took the documents to the secretary of state's office downtown and, voila, before noon we had everything we needed. Jan's prices are reasonable, she is a consummate professional, and just an all around pleasant person. Can't recommend her highly enough!
