  My last inspector left us in the dirt so I went into this very hesitant, but Mr. Inspector Man came to our rescue! He was prompt, kind, and courteous - even brought some refreshments while we waited. He was very thorough and up-front about any and all issues, even with regard to the urgency of their repair. Would wholeheartedly recommend him to any one who may need an inspector.

  Jeff did an outstanding job with my home inspection. I am a home inspector as well, but I can not inspect my own purchase because I have a financial interest in the home. Jeff was very thorough, and did a great job. His report was easy to read and included several good pictures. He was available after the inspection as well to answer any questions I had.

  This was our first purchasing home. I never had any experience buying home so it was a bit awkward going through whole new stuffs throwing at us at the same time. Jeff helped to break that awkwardness by explaining thoroughly on what he inspected and why he's inspecting it. He will make you feel comfortable asking questions. Ask him whatever questions you have and he'll make it easy to make you understand better.

  Jeff is so professional and thorough. Not to mention when can you say someone has come to your house to provide you with a service and brings you refreshments😁. The comprehensive report and service we received is second to none. It's hard enough to find someone fair and honest, but I have to say Jeff is our guy for any and all future services that we may need. Try him you won't regret it😁

  Jeff (aka MrInspectorMan) was an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm in the process of buying my first home and decided to have Jeff do the inspection after calling around San Diego for other inspectors. Jeff was able to do the inspection with very short notice, and I'm thankful that he did.
  
  ... As far as what is included in his inspection, Jeff emails a list of what he will and won't do so there isn't any surprises at the end. So I knew the kind of inspection he was going to do, but Jeff still exceeded my expectations as far as customer service, availability, likability, and definitely price. Thanks Jeff!
