What a great experience. Tim Wilson personally took my Sunday morning call and had a technician out (earlier then stated) and had my AC up and running before noon. The technician was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. I was so impressed I signed up for the annual maintenance program (I never do this). ... The technical expertise AND customer service that Mr. Wilson and his team provided was top notch. His prices were honest and reasonable. We probably could have gotten lower quotes and waited for a better deal, but I highly doubt we would have received the increase in efficiency for our unit and the OUTSTANDING customer service.
