  Jacob was prompt, polite, sociable and professional. He arrived right on time and worked quickly, and even went the extra mile by both giving me a great cash saving deal on a new doorknob and giving me some extra drill screws for free. Just an all-around great experience. I hope I never need a locksmith again but if I ever do, I'm calling Jacob.

  Awesome service from JACOB! He came exactly when he said he would, even upgraded my locks at no extra charge and showed me what was non-functioning in my old locks and why. All this and very very good pricing. Totally 5 stars all the way! Thank you Jacob!

  Jacob came and worked his magic. It turned out that I didn't need a new lock at all! He charged me the minimum and I am very pleased. Will definitely use Mr. Locksmith whenever the need arrises.

  Jacob provided excellent service on an emergency lockout. He is very personable and pleasant to deal with. This was a difficult repair, he kept us informed at every step. At 6:00 PM on a Thursday he was at the job within 20 minutes. I would definitely use Jacob again.

  I wish I could give Jacob a 10. I locked myself out of my house on my balcony at 10PM, and this nice man was here in 10 minutes after my neighbor called. I was so scared, and now I am so grateful. Again, he deserves a 10 plus!
