  David was great, friendly and very detailed. I met David at the end of the inspection to review any major items and understand his findings. David provided the inspection report within 12 hours and gave recommendations on upkeep. Thank you David for providing such great service!

  David is probably one of the best inspectors I've come across so far. He was extremely thorough, explaining probable causes and needed fixes down to the fine detail through out the entire inspection. He is really friendly, and will answer any questions you may have to the best of his ability. You will not regret using David as your inspector. He's phenomenal!

  My experience with Monsivais inspection was one of the best experiences of an overall stressful home buying experience. David was the ultimate professional who took his time and completed a thorough completely dependable inspection. I feel confident in my home knowing he supported the quality of construction. He is easy to reach by phone and, if anything, I feel undercharges for the quality of work he performs. His report was lengthy but concise, and received very expediently. I have already shared his phone number with multiple friends and strangers. I highly recommend!!

  I spent several days on google trying to search for the right inspector. After many phone calls and talking to many inspectors, everything was very overwhelming for me. David was the last person that I called and I immediately knew after my conversation with him that he was the perfect choice. ... After reading all the amazing reviews about his company, it is what I expected, but to actually see it happening was a very good feeling and I knew I made the perfect choice. David has amazing rates and you will not regret hiring him for your home inspection. He is super friendly and I am very happy with our selection.

  First time needing a home inspector, expecting st least a fair work. David exceeded those expectations. He not only was a real professional, but extremely insightful and meticulous with his work. You can tell he's been doing this for many years. I was not expecting a such extensive, detailed report. If it wasn't for that report, I couldn't of negotiated a better deal on the home I'm purchasing. Highly recommend his services next time you're in need of a home inspection in San Antonio with decent prices too.
