I am so impressed with the work Daniel did on my carpets! They were very stained (think three kids eating chips and wearing sneakers) and he was able to make it look new. I was also thrilled that he moved all my furniture including a large sectional couch- to clean the whole room (many companies won't do that.)

Daniel is the Man! He was quick and efficient in quoting then cleaning my condo within hours. I'm on the 3rd floor and 4th floor of a condo unit and he was able to find a perfect spot to park his van and get the job done with no disruption of any neighbors. His quote was fair and he was ready to work. The carpet looks fabulous! He's my guy from now on.

Our large living room rug has been cleaned by Monarch twice a year for many years. Daniel has always been the employee that I interact with and it is nice to not have to explain that my dogs bark but don't bite to someone new twice a year. He is very nice and is always on time to pick up or return the rug so I never have to sit around for some "window" of time waiting. (This year Monarch has a texting confirmation and notification system only Amazon could compete with!) We have always been satisfied with the cleaning service itself.

Our carpet looks like new! Not a spot on it. Daniel was on time, very efficient, and very professional. The equipment he uses is powered via a motor that is housed in his van, and then connected to his cleaning apparatus via a long hose. This setup is infinitely more powerful and sophisticated than a carpet cleaner that you could rent. In sum, he's got the best tools for the job, and the expertise to perform the best job possible. This is the second residence he's cleaned for us, and in both cases he's saved us from having to buy a new carpet. Can't sing his praises loud enough.
