    I have never sweat so much in my life! I am a HUGE fan of Victoria's 8am Saturday class, and I hope that someday soon I can get my ass in shape enough to go to a 6am class during the week.

    Victoria is a BEAST. She's yelling at you the whole time (in an incredibly amazing motivational way with some fun jokes and comments inserted here and there) and cycling harder than everyone. I love how she tells a story and drives you to challenge yourself on your own. Momentum truly does allow each person to go at their own pace and there's no pretense or gimmicks. ...

    Definitely a must try. I've never been so excited about going to work out, especially in the morning. Just make sure to hydrate before, during and afterwards! You will sweat buckets!!

    Not really a fan of spinning but I live in the area so I ran out of excuses. Great place - easy parking, nice facility and the instructors are all excellent. One word about the owner. At first I thought Victoria was going to come flying off of her bike. I have never seen a spin instructor pedal as fast and work as hard as she does. How she keeps talking and spinning at the same time I will never know. And....she is personality plus. She remembers everyone's name, always very welcoming. Can't figure out what this spin place is doing in quiet Los Altos - but lucky us. FYI - now I am into spinning!!

    Amazing studio - Leah and Victoria are gifted instructors. Before I started here about 18 months ago, not only did I dislike stationary bikes, I did NO cardio. Now I am going twice per week and look forward to it. This studio has a unique sense of community which is addictive, and it is very clean and well run. Leah and Victoria motivate their classes to push harder, but the great thing with Spin is that you are in charge of your intensity level, so it works for beginners as well as competitive athletes. Highly recommend giving it a try!

    These classes take the best of a cycling experience - hills, sprints, fast flat moments to name a few - and mash them together for 45 mins to an hour of intense cardio. If you take what the instructors say to heart, you'll come away with more than cycling skills. You'll learn how to push your limits and leave feeling amazing. Each instructor is unique and excellent and will make sure to give you tips on making the experience the best for you no matter your level of experience and fitness.
