  Craig inspected a house we are considering buying. He went through the house seemingly inch-by-inch. He was very detailed and knew what he was looking for. He encouraged me to walk with him throughout the house, and answered every question I had. There was a small spot found in the basement and he spent a long time testing the area in question with his moisture sensors and other techie-devices. Luckily no mold was found (suspected pet urine). Hopefully, we will never have to deal with mold, but if we do, I will hire Mold Inspection Sciences again and ask for Craig. He was an honest guy who knew exactly what he was doing. It was money well-spent.

  To say I am grateful for MIS and their services is a complete understatement. Brandon and Craig have consistently helped my family during an inconvenient mold emergency in our rental unit. I am confident in saying MIS saved my family from a terrible health threat. Without MIS and their dedication, my pregnant wife and toddler would be living in an unsafe home naively advocated by our ignorant landlords. ...

  I contacted MIS about a possible issue in my apartment, they were very helpful and fast, I had an inspector on site in under 24 hours. They were very professional and were ready to answer all questions I had regarding mold and the inspection process. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them for a follow-up inspection based on the results of my lab work!

  We have a big house so we didn't want to do all areas but they came up with a plan that would keep costs reasonable and cover the areas we knew to be the real potential problem zones. Every step was explained well and I asked a ton of questions which were answered in detail. Also the report we got after we sent in samples was very clear and helped me to put my mind at ease. The rep was a good guy, not in a rush so we talked at length while the tests were running and I followed him around for most of the inspection which was kind of fun, I learned a lot and I'm now resting assured that we don't have sneaky mold issues around the house.
