MokSana is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for all people regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, profession, nationality, disability or religion. Yoga means union and the practice of yogic techniques help us to connect to the part of us that transcends these labels, ultimately leaving us with a deeper appreciation of each other’s “essence”. Please note that while the single occupant change rooms within our studio are not gendered specific, the washrooms in our building currently are, but that may change in the future. The studio is wheelchair accessible through Fan Tan Alley. Read more

I love Moksana's casual, professional approach to teaching yoga. There are no ego's unnecessary fluff - just straight-up yoga. The teachers encourage their students to push themselves in a very supportive environment. I always feel amazing when I leave!

I have been practicing yoga for 30 years. As a lawyer who acts for people who have been injured I often send my clients to Ida Winter for yoga therapy as part of the recovery process. I have been to a large number of yoga studios in Victoria. I have come to prefer Moksana. ...

MokSana embodies what I feel is the true essence of yoga - meeting individuals exactly where they are at. It was during a very difficult time in my life when I first found MokSana, and I enjoyed coming to my practice and slipping in and out of the studio anonymously. It was exactly what I needed at that time in my life. Now, I love practicing here because I feel like family.

MokSana is one of the most welcoming and relaxed studio's I have been to. Their teachers all have amazing energies and gifts that they sure with their students and the students share with new students. Overall if you are looking for a studio for your regular practice this is the spot. If you are visiting or on business this is the spot to come.
