This review is long overdue. This is less relevant now that more phones are being built water resistant, but over the last couple years I've managed to dunk an iphone 6 plus not once, not twice, but three times. Mobi was able to save the phone 2 out of the 3. The one time they couldn't, the phone was in my pocket while snorkeling in saltwater for nearly an hour. Also I was on vacation in remote area and couldn't bring it in for nearly a week, so that one would've pretty much required an act of god to pull off.

Their pricing is fair, and if they can't save the phone they cut their charge in half. My next phone is definitely gonna be waterproof, but I'll continue to use these guys and no one else for any other repairs I might need. -

I had a great experience at Mobi. One of my microphones (apparently there are 3) on my iPhone 6 stopped working. Mobi tested to see if it was actually broken or if it just needed to be cleaned. It was, in fact, broken, and he repaired my phone in 30 minutes. So awesome! I use my phone for business, so this quick turnaround time was a must! Highly recommended and a welcome addition to the West Seattle small business community.

These people were so friendly, knowledgeable and practical! I was getting used to being told that old phones are irreparable and that the only solution is to buy the latest $700 model (most Verizon stores told me that), but Mobi actually took my phone apart, tested it, and told me what my options were - sans sales pitch!

As it happened, my old phone WAS reparable, but it would cost about the same as a new Galaxy S3 ($60). So we talked about what I used my phone for and determined that an S4 had all the functionality I needed. And they told me where to buy one.
I also give credit to the GoWireless Verizon store up the street who sent me to Mobi (I left a separate 5-star review for those guys!). They helped me transfer all my data over to the new S4. And neither place charged me! The next time I need to buy something, I will go back to these two awesome places because they are such nice, helpful, rational people.
