This is a fantastic bike shop I worked at one of their locations as a 15 year old. I learned so much over the experience. They still help me so much with anything I need at any time. This bike shop is anything and anything you'll ever need! They welcome pets into their store at anytime. Kids of all ages are welcomed as well.

Great shop and people. I had a bottom bracket issue today. I took my bike to Moab in Franklin. They immediately assessed the problem, took it to the mechanic, he took the bike he was working on off the repair stand, told me he could fix it while I wait. Bearings were trashed. He replaced bearings, checked drive train and shifting. He completed the job in 30-40 mins. I thought I would be without my bike for a week. Thanks Moab!

Can't say enough about this shop and everyone that we have encountered who works there....which, I believe, is pretty much everyone at this point. They are very helpful, informative, and patient. I can safely say at this point that we have spent hours at MOAB Mboro and have walked away completely satisfied with our experience. As newbie bike riders, they patiently explained the basics of riding to my husband and I and started us in the right direction when we explained our goals. ...

I bought a bicycle for me and my son plus accessories to put on bicycles. In addition a bicycle rack for my car! What an amazing group of employees that work at this store! They were so kind and helpful with me making the right purchase for myself and my son! The employee put the bicycle rack on my car because it was hitch mounted one, should me how to work it and in addition load my bicycles on the rack for me! I will definitely be going back for any future purchases and when I many need a bicycle! Love this store and the employees working there!!

This review is FAR overdue. I just bought my 4th bike, a Specialized Stumpjumper, from Jeremy, yesterday. I've been buying bikes and supplies since March 2015 and I have to say that MOAB is the best bike store I've ever been in. Superb prices, excellent and professional advice and follow-up and one of the best bike selections anywhere, from Specialized to Santa Cruz. I've recommended them to everyone, including from out of state.
