I've been doing my taxes with Maria, MJS, going on 10 years now. Throughout this time I've always found Maria to be friendly, professional and more importantly knowledgeable with my State and Federal tax returns. Her advise with respect to tax planning is always spot on. Any money I've spent with Maria doing my taxes was money well spent. I've always thought that if you can find a professional knowledgeable in their trade, pay them what their worth because in the long run they end up saving you money. In Maria's case with all the money's she's saved me, I feel I've been taking advantage of her.

Maria knows her stuff. She's efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and really interested in making sure her clients understand the tax law. We have a home and a rental property, and my husband was doing some contract work in addition to his full-time job. Yea, we could have purchased Turbo Tax and slogged through it all on our own, but we would have made many mistakes. Maria knows tax law, and what is deductible and what is not. She gave us some advice last year on how to set ourselves up for a better tax situation this year, and she was right on.
