  I met with Mr. Jerry and he did a home inspection on my new house we were looking at purchasing. Upon doing inspection he was very detailed and explained everything and reason behind it. He is very knowledgeable and detailed on checking the house and gave me valuable information he pointed out and reviewed the things that he was going to mark down on the report. I highly recommend him if your looking at getting a home inspection done. Thank you Mr. Jerry :)

  As a 1st time home buyer, I contacted Jerry with Mission City Home Inspection (5 star rating), he was very professional, knowledgeable and (for those 1st timers) he was incredible educational. He was happy to answer all my questions. He identified a plumbing issue that was repaired a few days later, and Jerry came back to verify all the plumbing issues were properly repaired. You know you are in good hands when your inspector treats your home as if it was him, Jerry was excellent to work with and he has definitely earned all my future business, I highly recommend Jerry with Mission City Home Inspection!!

  I was very satisfied with mission city home inspections. First of all he was on time. Second he is very knowledgeable and he gave me very good tips on different issues that may come up in the future and what to do about them. Third he was very meticulous with the inspection, he looked at everything and he explained everything that was going on the report. Fourth and the most important; am a younger female and sometimes people treat me like am ignorant, but in this case i felt respected as a costumer. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

  Met with Mr. Jerry and he did a home inspection on a house we was looking at purchasing. From the beginning conversation he showed to be up front and honest and really knew what he was talking about and asked detailed questions in advance. Upon doing inspection he was very detailed and explained everything and reason behind it. He is very knowledgeable and detailed on checking the house and gave us valuable information that only a true professional in his line of work can do. I highly recommend him if your looking at getting a home inspection done in San Antonio, TX.
