I adore Mirepoix Wellness Studio studio. The studio offers free meditation classes on the weekends, making meditation accessible for folks who can't afford to pay for classes. Their yoga instructors are incredibly kind, detail-oriented, and personable. Mirepoix Wellness Studio prioritizes sustainability and environmental health by using environmentally-friendly products in their studio and encouraging their customers to bring their own water bottles to drink water and kombucha in the studio. Finally, Mirepoix Wellness Studio offers workshops and trainings on plant-based eating and a mindful lifestyle.

Mirepoix is my favorite place to practice from the small class sizes to the Jade yoga mats (provided for all students -- no rental fee!). I found this gem of a studio when I moved a few blocks down the street. The convenience of waking up at 5:45am to pop in for a 6:00am class is great, but even if I lived further, I would make my way out for the welcoming instructors and classes alone. I'm a huge fan of Lauren's hip hop vinyasa and morning vinyasa classes with Claire, Melissa, or Charlotte.

Love that this is a woman-owned small business (Jill is the owner and she's amazing). I've tried their unlimited monthly membership (worth it if you are devoted to practicing yoga almost every day!) and have also popped into their classes through ClassPass. The ginger tumeric kombucha on tap is also A+. Thanks for being the best, MWS! -

Just went to this studio for a drop in and had an amazing experience! The environment was welcoming, clean, and uncluttered. I had a tough class with Charlotte, but she was really accommodating and helpful. It was really nice to be at a non-corporate studio. At no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell me on their products, and compared to Core Power, this place was cheaper! Overall, loved the place and will definitely be back!

I love this studio, a true escape and oasis nestled in Wicker Park. Every instructor I interact with is so kind, generous, and helpful. The owner, Jill, is genuinely one of the kindest people I have met, and you can tell how passionate she is about her studio. As far as the facility itself: essential oil diffusers help achieve a very soothing environment, and the studio & bathroom are always kept very clean. Kombucha on tap is an added plus, especially refreshing after a power vinyasa class. Classes are always of reasonable size (5-12 people), which lets you enjoy a very intimate experience. Overall, a fabulous studio with incredible instructors and yogis and great classes throughout the day. If you live in the area (or even if you don't) - this is the place to practice.

I took the Mindful Vinyasa class with Siobhan this morning and it was amazing. The class was challenging enough for experienced yogis, but definitely wouldn't leave the newbie crowd in the dust. Suitable for all levels of experience and just the right pace to kick off my holiday weekend. The sun shining through those gorgeous front windows didn't hurt either. I left this cute little studio feeling refreshed and energized. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind.

I attended the mindful vinyasa class with Stephanie, and she was just incredible. She talked with everyone individually prior to the class, and really tailored the practice to everyone present, incorporating comments around each individuals needs throughout the hour. We even had a chaturanga free class because many of us stated shoulder issues during our check-in! The mats and props are high-quality, the best I've worked with. They were even flip cards so you could state whether or not you wanted an adjustment, which I really appreciated. It was a really wonderful experience, I highly recommend this studio!
